How to return lottery packs to your lottery sales representative?
you can return partial packs from your current lottery display representative.
go to the sales page
To return partial packs from your current lottery display, go to the current sales day
search for the pack that you are returning either from the search field
and mark them sold out.
Press the save button the save the changes.
go to the confirm page
Click on the Inventory Tab
click the checkbox
click unconfirm
Click Ok to unconfirm the pack
